These pork chops doused in honey, apple cider, soy pork chop sauce is ideal for picnicking outside and enjoying the Outdoor Living Wildfire Grill.

Ingredients
- 4 thick-cut pork chops (about 1.5 inches thick)
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Garlic (ground or granulated), to taste
- Avocado oil, for the griddle
- Sweet and sticky sauce (see recipe below)
- Green onions, thinly sliced, for garnish
Instructions
Season the Sweet and Sticky Pork Chops
- Season both sides of the pork chops with salt, black pepper, and garlic.
- Let them sit while the griddle preheats.
Preheat the Outdoor Living Wildfire Griddle
- Set to low heat and preheat for 15 minutes.
Start Cooking the Sweet and Sticky Pork Chops
- Drizzle a little avocado oil on the griddle.
- Place the pork chops on the hot surface and cook for about 5 minutes.
Flip and Glaze
- Flip the pork chops and brush generously with the sweet and sticky sauce.
- As the sauce heats, it will begin to thicken and caramelize.
Build the Glaze and Finish Cooking
- Continue cooking for a total of about 20 minutes, flipping every 2 minutes.
- Move the pork chops through the thickened sauce on the griddle, brushing and coating them well until glossy and caramelized.
- Cook until the pork reaches medium-well doneness.
Serve
- Transfer the pork chops to a serving platter.
- Spoon extra sauce from the griddle over the top.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and serve immediately.
Sweet and Sticky Pork Chop Sauce

- ½ cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, avocado oil, and black pepper until fully combined.
- Set aside until ready to use.
