Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ cup red onion, diced
- ½ cup bell pepper, diced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- Avocado oil, as needed for sautéing
- Lettuce leaves (butter lettuce or romaine)
- Chili crunch oil, for drizzling
- Lemon zest, for garnish
- Chopped pecans, for garnish
- Green onions, sliced thin
- Fresh cilantro leaves
Instructions
Preheat the Wildfire Griddle
