Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup red onion, diced
  • ½ cup bell pepper, diced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • Avocado oil, as needed for sautéing
  • Lettuce leaves (butter lettuce or romaine)
  • Chili crunch oil, for drizzling
  • Lemon zest, for garnish
  • Chopped pecans, for garnish
  • Green onions, sliced thin
  • Fresh cilantro leaves

Instructions

Preheat the Wildfire Griddle

  • Set to medium heat and preheat for 10–15 minutes

Sauté Aromatics

  • Drizzle a little avocado oil on the griddle.
  • Add the garlic, onions, and bell peppers.
  • Cook, stirring often, until golden brown and fragrant.

Add Chicken and Season

  • Sprinkle in the salt and mix well.
  • Add the ground chicken, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks.
  • Continue stirring until the chicken is no longer pink and evenly browned.

Add Hoisin Sauce

  • Stir in the hoisin sauce and mix until everything is fully coated.
  • Cook for another minute to let the flavors combine.

Assemble the Lettuce Wraps

  • Remove the chicken mixture from the griddle.
  • Spoon it into individual lettuce leaves.

Garnish and Serve

  • Drizzle each cup with chili crunch oil.
  • Top with lemon zest, chopped pecans, sliced green onions, and cilantro leaves.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
