This one’s super simple to make—which is why it’s ideal for entertaining a good group of friends and lowkey enough to pack up to enjoy while camping!
Hatch Red Chile Salt – We like the one from Desert Provisions!
Fresh Limes – Quartered
Canned “Ranch Water” Cocktail – Try Lone River or Topo Chico
Use the juice from a fresh lime quarter to moisten the top rim of an unopened Ranch Water canned cocktail or a 16 oz glass, if you’d like to enjoy over ice.
Next – coat the rim of your selected vessel by dipping it into a plate covered with an even layer of Hatch Red Chili Salt – twisting it to ensure it is fully salted.
Lastly, crack open your rimmed Ranch Water and enjoy OR add ice to your garnished glass before topping off with your Ranch Water.
Squeeze the rest of your lime wedge into your can or glass after garnishing for an extra level of flavor!
